Impact: 543,700 properties across 40 municipalities are without treated water. The most affected areas include the Metropolitan, (Metropolitana) Northeast, (Nordeste) Central, and Sinos regions.
Operational Status: Two water treatment plants in Porto Alegre remain shut down, while others are operating at reduced capacity.
Electricity Supply
Current Outages: Approximately 198,000 clients of CEEE Equatorial (Electricity provider) are without power, with 168,000 disconnections made for safety reasons.
Regional Impact: The RGE (Electricity provider) reports 212,000 customers without electricity, mainly in the Metropolitan, Sinos, Taquari , and Rio Pardo regions.
